Live! with Kelly & Michael: Brett Eldredge “Don’t Ya” Review
Kelly & Michael guest host Nicole Richie put it best when she called Brett Eldredge country music’s newest hottie. He’s got that Southern boy charm like Luke Bryan and the energy of Hunter Hayes. His new single “Don’t Ya” is one of those summer songs that will get stuck in your head for all the right reasons.
“Don’t Ya” is about the way that a woman will play with a man. She flips her hair, smiles, bats her eyes and tortures the man in all the right ways. I like that Eldredge says, “I know what you’re doing and it’s adorable.” He doesn’t say that he’s going to take her into the bed of his truck for a quickie, but he says that he wants her to put her head on his shoulder and treat her right. It’s one of those songs that you play when you’re dancing around a campfire in the summertime.
Brett Eldredge Promises to Skydive When Single Hits #1
Eldredge’s “Don’t Ya” is currently number three on the charts. When it hits number one, he said that he will be going skydiving. Before the song was even in the top 50, Eldredge, who is terrified of heights, made the bet that he would skydive. He seems pretty pumped about it, but he should be careful about what he says. Now fans will be buying the song like crazy to get him to the top. That’s OK, because you’ll be getting some amazing music in the process.
For his debut CD, Eldredge had fans and family out in New York for a launch party. This humble country boy is still shocked at how crazy New York can get, he was even more shocked to be named one of People magazine’s hottest men of 2013.
Bring You Back, Brett Eldredge’s debut CD, is out now.
