Kelly & Michael: Halloween + Lucky Woman
Lucy Liu came by to talk to Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan about her show Elementary, which is a retelling of Sherlock Holmes stories where she plays Dr. Joan Watson. It seems like an interesting show, and I really like that she’s playing Dr. Watson. But first, Kelly & Michael showed a clip of their “What Does The Fox Say?” Halloween skit. Also, the woman who won the Trivia prize was also the Superstar Chefs Farm-to-Table Challenge selfie winner. And her last name was Luck.

Liu had a great entrance. She seemed to be really happy to be there. And she had a beautiful dress on. It had a lot of L words on it, but none of them were Lucy Liu. Of course they had to talk about Halloween. Liu didn’t do too much for Halloween when she was younger. They didn’t dress up too much because they didn’t have a lot of money. They had some adorable pictures though. Costumes in the ‘70s were really different than they are now.

Liu’s going out of town this weekend even though the Halloween parade is nice. She’s dog sitting a friend’s dog, but he’s 1 year old and needs to go running upstate to burn off energy. He destroys everything, but there were some adorable pictures. She has another dog, but he’s five and doesn’t have as much energy.
Kelly & Michael: Elementary Review
In the clip of Elementary, Watson tells Holmes that she was upset that he ended things the way he did. Their partnership is over. They ended things eight months ago after he left her a note, and there’s a lot of tension. There were a lot of changes on Elementary. She’s living on her own now and dating someone.
Liu talked about having a new actor come in that she has to pretend to date. She said it’s better not to practice it and to just do it. A lot of people want her and Holmes to be together, but they’re never together in the books and they’re already breaking the mold for this. Season 3 of Elementary will premiere on October 30 2014 on CBS.

Johnny Lee Miller runs a lot, but he’s not running in the New York City Marathon this year.
