Kelly & Michael: Self Serve Beer
Since Kelly & Michael were speaking of baseball games, in Minnesota, there’s going to be self serve beer stations, which is awesome. Kelly said that’s a bad idea. You show the people at the register your ID and you get a preloaded $10 or $20 card and you get a $50 card for the All Star Game. You scan your card and choose between four different brews and regulate how much you want to have poured. You can only get 48 oz. of beer every 15 minutes. That’s a lot. Will they cut people off at some point? Kelly said she wished they had that with soft pretzels. They do have a cupcake dispenser now though.
Kelly and Michael: Running of the Bulls
It’s the running of the bulls. It was the first day in Pamplona, Spain yesterday, and someone was already gored. Who wants to do that? Looking back on it, people probably think it was a stupid thing to do. Kelly didn’t see the thrill of it. You can also be stepped on. Their stage manager Julian is missing, so he might be there. He does go to Spain. He’s probably not doing it, but is watching though.
Kelly & Michael: Great Social Experiment

There’s a new reality show they’re calling “a great social experiment.” They use four experts: a sexologist, a spiritualist, a psychologist and a sociologist. They create three perfect couples based on science who get married at first sight. That’s weird. Michael called them “super couples” and Kelly called them “doomed couples.”
Kelly said she probably wouldn’t watch it, but she doesn’t like dating reality shows. She likes housewives drinking heavily. She’s already done the dating thing herself. Michael wants to watch it. Kelly said it’s his obligation as a talk show host. Maybe they’ll all stay together and this will be the new way of dating. It’s a new spin on arranged marriage with strangers introducing you rather than family.
Kelly & Michael: Producer Deborah Raptis Leaving
Today was a sad day. It was the last day of their good friend and producer and wonderful human being and great mom Deborah Raptis. Kelly said they don’t know how to act because nobody ever quits the show, but she’s moving to Atlanta to start a new chapter of her life. She seemed very emotional, but she wanted the camera off of her. Kelly said she has the cutest kids on the planet. They’re always cute in the Halloween shows. They all have incredible hair.

She just had her baby three weeks ago. She also has a one-year-old. She’s a special education teacher, and it’s the most rewarding job she’s ever had. She played for the St. James’s Club and Villas in Antigua. It’s valued at $8,000. The question was:
She got it right! It was LA. Kelly said she’d watch the kids. She picked number 6 because both her sons were born in June to get a $500 gift certificate to Bed Bath & Beyond.
