Kelly & Michael: Naked Bike Ride

Kelly & Michael talked about SoulCycle yesterday. There’s a new naked bike ride in Portland. They only wear shoes and helmets. Safety first! Michael said it must be weird to drive by if you don’t know about it. Kelly brings her own seat to SoulCycle, which is a good thing because they might be practicing there. Kelly said that they have a strong pants-only policy though. Michael said that there are some shorts that are so short they shouldn’t count. Kelly talked about the way her daughter dresses. If she wants to get away with something from her, she holds her backpack in front of her.

Last week, they started the Superstar Chef Farm-to-Table challenge. Chefs have to incorporate a farm-to-table ingredient. They also asked the audience to take a food selfie of the recipe with a chance to win a $500 gift certificate to Omaha Steaks. The best one of the summer will get to see the show in person.

The superstar chef who gets the most selfies will win the challenge trophy. It’s very exciting. Guy Fieri is this week’s superstar chef. They checked in with him while he was getting ready on the sidewalk. He was getting tan. His farm-to-table ingredient was peppers. He’s from northern California. He was going to do a Brazilian, bacon-wrapped, chicken thigh with Michael’s help. They were also going to make a spicy, red peri peri sauce. He also had stuffed poblano peppers and white chili.
