Kelly & Michael: Kelly’s Michael and Mark’s Wife
Kelly & Michael both said that they were doing well on September 3 2014. Michael said he had a good time yesterday because he got to spend some time with Kelly’s husband. Michael said that he felt like Kelly was his wife, and Kelly said that Mark agreed with him sometimes. They had a whole conversation about splitting Kelly up while they were hanging out. Kelly asked which one dislikes her more. She guessed it was Mark because Michael only gets her for an hour. Mark gets more perks though and he loves Kelly. That was the highlight of Michael’s day. Kelly said that they clearly need to find some things for him to do then.
Kelly & Michael: Hottest Day of Summer

Michael said that he also walked through the park from where he met Mark back to his apartment and he was so embarrassed when he got home. He was sweating so much. It’s been so disgusting lately I can’t stand it. Kelly said that yesterday was the hottest day of the summer so far. It really was brutal.
Kelly said that they went to dinner with the kids last night because they start school tomorrow and they’re trying to drain every last second of family time that they can. They walked to the restaurant and it was 89 degrees out. Kelly had made her sons put on dress shirts but they couldn’t deal with it. They started rolling the sleeves up and everything because it was so hot out and they were sweating so much. Michael asked if they like the hot or the cold. They like the hot, but they like to be prepared for the hot, as in not wearing dress shirts. Kelly loves the heat too. She said that yesterday was her favorite day ever.
It took until September for there to be the hottest day in the summer, but that’s really unusual. Apparently that only happens a couple times a century. Central Park hit 92. Michael said that he hoped that this carries over to December and Kelly agreed. He said it scares him because when it gets so hot now there’s probably going to be a tradeoff. He was so over last winter. Kelly said that she and Mark thought about moving to Florida last winter. They could work in Disney World.
Kelly & Michael: ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
Michael talked about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which they all did. Kelly, Michael and Gelman all did it. Kelly said that a lot of people have been confused about what you’re supposed to do and if you just dump a bucket of ice on your head, but of course you donate money. It’s raised over $100 million. That’s amazing.
They showed videos of Kelly, Michael, and Gelman all doing the Ice Bucket Challenge. “Don’t judge me,” Michael said. Michael used so much water. “I’m freezing,” he said. Michael assured Gelman he didn’t exercise beforehand. He sent his friend to the store to get a cooler and he came back with the biggest one he could find.
Kelly did hers with Mark and her kids poured it on them. Then Kelly jumped in the pool. Mark didn’t breathe through it and was not happy about it. Michael said that she looked great.
They saved the best for last with Gelman. He was on a trapeze and hanging upside down when he did it. It was awesome. Michael hadn’t seen it even though he follows Gelman on Instagram. He could have drowned. Gelman said that there was too much ice and it knocked his glasses off. It looked like it hurt and Kelly thought he lost his teeth. Michael wanted him to fall off. Gelman’s trapezing has come a long way.
