Kelly & Michael: Queen’s Birthday
It’s the Queen of England’s 88th birthday. But that’s not the only important birthday that came up recently. Yesterday was Michael’s dad’s 77. His birthday was on Easter Sunday. He said, “I’m almost 78.” He kept adding a year to his age and Michael said to stop trying to make himself seem older and more wise. Kelly said that it seems like a lot of old men do that. She thinks they want to get it over with. Older men want to go forward when everyone else wants to go backward.
Kelly and Michael: A Fox at the White House
Michael had an iPad instead of a newspaper. He read that there was a gate crasher at the White House. And it wasn’t Michael! There was a fox, and they couldn’t catch it. They want to relocate it. It’s “a sly fox,” Michael said.
Kelly wanted Michael to interview the fox and find out “what does the fox say.” Michael’s concerned about Bo and the fox getting along. Kelly said the fox probably knows its place around the secret service.
Kelly & Michael: Chelsea Clinton Pregnant

Kelly & Michael talked about how Chelsea Clinton revealed her pregnancy. Chelsea Clinton is pregnant with her husband Mark. Kelly thinks they’ll make great parents. Michael asked what names Kelly thinks Chelsea Clinton should use. Obviously Kelly wants Kelly or Michael for the names. It’s so simple!
Kelly and Michael: Split Show Delay
Kelly & Michael talked about how they were so worried about a delay. Michael said he thinks they should continue with the plan. So Kelly played along immediately. Kelly also said she was going to use the trick when Michael talked to the First Lady and thought he should too even though he and the First Lady would be in the same place. Kelly joked that Gelman wore his mom jeans to work today. He’s very excited about the show today.
Spring It On Travel Trivia: Colin Firth
Michael and Kelly covered their coffee for Spring it on Travel Trivia. Ann Mar from Atlanta Georgia was the Trivia Dancer. Kelly & Michael were hit with beach balls again with all of the excitement. Michael talked about how he got hit by a beach ball in Washington DC. There were three floating around. Kelly said that people were aiming for her again even though the sign said not to.
Elizabeth Morgan from Longmeadow, Massachusetts was the contestant. They talked about the Boston Marathon. Over a million people are lining the parade route, which is twice as many as last year. Morgan is a professor at Springfield College. She teaches Introduction to Psychology. “ We could we use you here,” Kelly joked.
She has a good Easter with her new four-month-old baby. She ate her baby’s candy out of her Easter Basket. She played for a trip to The Club Barbados. It included seven days and six nights in an “ocean front accommodation.” Kelly wasn’t sure what that meant, but it’s probably a hotel room. It’s all-inclusive and has round trip airfare. It’s valued at $7,700. The question was:

She got it right! It was The King’s Speech. Michael was playing with a beach ball as Elizabeth picked the person who won the $500 gift certificate to Omaha Steaks. She picked #29.
