Trisha Yearwood recently lost 30 pounds in only four months! That’s some pretty dramatic weight loss for such a short amount of time. I can’t really imagine what kind of techniques that she used to get there, but they must have either been pretty great or pretty extreme, especially for a 48-year-old woman.
She won’t just be talking about her weight loss, though. She also happens to be a country-music musician that has been at it since 1991. Her last album, Heaven, Heartache and the Power of Love, was critically heralded, with outlets such as Slant Magazine giving the album a 4.5 out of 5 star rating. Though it didn’t exactly put up Trisha Yearwood numbers, but it did manage to get a few singles on the charts.
