The best things you can do are invest time in your children, and set clear rules and boundaries with them. That means you have to be consistent! Encourage positive behavior and be sure you are setting an example you would be proud for your children to follow.

Dr Mark Hyman is no stranger to Katie’s show, and he is back on August 20 to talk about ways to reverse common complaints. If you have pain and inflammation, take a look at what you’re eating. Processed foods can be part of the problem.
Make sure you are getting some exercise, and try supplements such as DHA Fish Oil or Turmeric. We know sleep is good for us as well, so don’t skimp on that, especially if you are feeling the blahs.
