Katie Couric: Is Twinuition Real?
Twins seem to finish each other’s sentences all the time. They seem to even know what the other is thinking before they think. Are they just getting lucky or it is some kind of twinuition? Katie Couric wanted to find out so she brought two sets of twins on the stage, Antwuan and Andre and Katie and Kristie.
The first question she asked them was who they would each say is the smarter twin. Antwaun said he was definitely the smarter twin while his brother Andre agreed with him.
Katie talked with two sets of twins to see who gets asked out on dates more, who is smarter, if they ever play pranks and if they think twinuition is real.
As for Katie and Kristie, Kristie said she is more street smart. She said she would know where an exit might be when they get to a restaurant but her sister would know exactly how to get there without looking at a map. I am not sure how that demonstrates either street smarts or book smarts, but that was her reasoning. She did say they have taken exams for each other while in school. They would even work out their plans right down to the last detail, from where they normally sit to who they normally talk with to what they normally talk about.
Katie Couric: Which Twin Gets More Dates?
Katie Couric also wanted to know which one of the twins gets asked out more. Kristie said Katie is asked out more often than she is because she is quieter than Katie and less outgoing.
As for Antwuan and Andre, Antwuan said he gets asked out more than his brother, although Andre thought it was the other way around. Before the two started bickering Katie Couric wanted to know if anyone had actually switched places during a date and Katie and Kristie said they had before. Katie said she was about to go on a blind date and she dressed her sister up really crazy looking and sent Kristie out there to meet the guy first. He was still polite to her even though the sisters could tell how unhappy he was inviting a girl who looked like, what they described as a “crackhead,” into his car.
Eventually Kristie let him in on the joke and Katie came out and went on her date, leaving Kristie in the driveway looking a mess.
