Stacy Keibler believes that you are what you eat, so she tries to eat a lot of organic vegetables and fruits. Stacy’s diet is something she calls “The Clean Cleanse,” and said that her life changed when she did this 21-day program that eliminated sugar, fruit, beans, corn, and gluten from her diet entirely. Rather than look at it negatively, Stacy viewed it as an experiment she was having with her body.
Though it sounds really extreme, nutritionist Keri Glassman really liked that she reduced the amount of sugar in her diet and removed all packaged and processed foods, as well.
