She said she didn’t feel like herself anymore and couldn’t stop crying. Many mothers are now starting to open up about this, including Alanis Morrisette, who told GMA in a previous interview that mothers who suffer from this should get help. Senior Medical Contributer Dr. Jennifer Ashton said that this condition was incredibly common, but up until recently, no one talked about it. GMA: High School Girls Go Without Makeup

One girl who hadn’t gone without makeup since seventh grade wiped the makeup off in front of many other girls who sat in the bleachers watching her.
What do you think? Would you try going without makeup for the day?
GMA: Does The Parisian Diet Work?
French obesity rates are three times lower than American ones. That’s why so many people are following the diet outlined in The Parisian Diet by Jean-Michel Cohen, hoping to lose weight and get healthy. Jean-Michel Cohen’s first tip was smaller portions. French servings are about one third of ours. His next tip was to savor the food. Instead of mindlessly eating in front of the television, try to fully enjoy a meal with friends or family. He also says it’s okay not to deprive ourselves. He said even a Big Mac is okay, but ditch the fries and the soda and eat it with a salad.
