Good Morning America: Liam Neeson in Taken 2

Good Morning America sits down with Liam Neeson to discuss his new movie ‘Taken 2’ and The Wallflowers stop by to perform one of their new songs.
Liam Neeson sat down with Good Morning America to talk about his new movie Taken 2. The movie, which is a sequel to Taken, basically focuses on the same premise as the first movie. In the first movie, Neeson’s characters daughter is kidnapped. After some daring stunts and deadly hand-to-hand combat he retrieves his daughter. In the sequel, the bad guys are back for revenge but this time they kidnap his daughter and his wife.
Neeson said everyone involved with the first movie was very surprised it became the box office hit it became, with the movie taking in $200 million. It made him the action movie star he is today.
Neeson said he trained a lot for the fight scenes, also saying he had a great stunt double. Neeson said he used his training from his younger years as a boxer to get motivation to train hard and at times, he said he would blindfolded and have to execute the fight scene perfectly before it was filmed.
And if you think Liam Neeson is not funny please watch him and Ricky Gervais trade comments in Life’s Too Short. It is utterly hilarious.
