William and Kate are at Wimbledon, find out who they’re cheering on. Joe Manganiello landed the top spot on People Magazine’s Hollywood’s Hottest Bachelor list. Plus, pictures of a little boy who really loves watermelon, all on Good Morning America’s Pop News.
GMA: Royalty at Wimbledon

William and Kate have arrived to Wimbledon, and they are sitting in the royal box. The royal pair are there to cheer on their dear friend Andy Murray. He’s taking on Grigor Dimitrov on July 2 2014, who’s considered the one to watch on the court, and also Maria Sharapova’s girlfriend. Maria Sharapova lost a three set match July 1 2014, and Lara Spencer suggested that perhaps William and Kate’s appearance will cheer her up, and if not them, maybe Hugh Grant, who has also recently been spotted Wimbledon.
William and Kate opted not to go for the jeans and open neck shirts that are now allowed at Wimbledon, and Lara Spencer said she thinks the new policy is a trick so that she’s the only one who shows up dressed like that and they can tell she’s an American. Perhaps she should change the wardrobe she’s packing for her trip.
Good Morning America: Hollywood’s Hottest Bachelors
People Magazine just released their Hollywood’s Hottest Bachelor list, and the top spot belongs to Joe Manganiello. The True Blood star told People magazine that he’s passionate, and likes spicy, and that’s what he’s looking for in a partner. Lara Spencer jokingly said that it looks like Joe Manganiello needs to work out, but then referred to him as an “ab-tastic actor.”
The cast of Good Morning America also celebrated ABC correspondent, Gio Benitez, making his way on to the list. They showed Gio Benitez’s picture in People, and Lara Spencer said he’s “sandwiched between Drake and that other guy.” Um, that other guy happens to be Theo James, star of the Divergent series and a very attractive male, Lara Spencer.
GMA: Watermelon Duds
Pictures are going viral of a little boy wearing watermelon underwear and a matching hat. The little boy, who lives in Taiwan, was apparently always hot, and his family doesn’t have a pool, so they decided to construct the watermelon outfit for him to help him keep cool. I’d personally rather eat the watermelon, but that’s just me.
