Robin Thicke was on Good Morning America to perform and talk about his new album, Paula. The album is all about Robin Thicke’s estranged wife, Paula Patton, and he hopes she likes the new album. Robin Thicke directed the video for “Still Madly Crazy,” and he said he took inspiration from the fact that he and Paula Patton were childhood sweethearts.
Robing Thicke said the whole album came together in about two weeks. In the video for “Get Her Back,” he included personal text messages between him and Paula Patton, and said he has “no idea what he’s doing,” and that he’s just flying by the seat of his pants. He also said that when you lose the love of your life, there’s not much left to hide.
Robin Thicke gave some advice to his fans, and said, “If you’ve got a good woman, take care of her guys.”
The last song on the album is called “Forever Love,” and in the song Robin Thicke takes responsibility for the breakup. He wanted there to be hope and positivity in the album. Robin Thicke wouldn’t reveal if Paula Patton has responded to the album and videos.
Robin Thicke performed the single “Get Her Back” live on Good Morning America. The song is very emotional. I’m not sure if this whole thing is going to work or not, but I wish Robin Thicke the best of luck.
