Good Morning America: Jonathan Adler
Good Morning America invited Jonathan Adler, designer, potter, writer and more, on to the set to help them go from drab to fab.
It is time to deck the halls GMA style and Adler said this time of the year is all about peace and love, and he wanted to bring that to the set. The goal of working on the set was to keep it fun and fabulous with cool candles, some fancy throw pillows and more.
He was excited to work in the studio at GMA because he was able to hang things from the rafters. Adler advised that it does not matter where you want to start, but it does matter where you want to end.
GMA: 100 Ways to Happy Chic Your Life
In Adler’s new book, 100 Ways to Happy Chic Your Life, he said it is imperative to find a muse for any project. And what better muses than the awesome cast of Good Morning America. He said they are so fun and smart that he had to use them as his muse.

His first addition to the set was a huge wreath with a peace sign in the middle. He said his theme for the project was peace and love and he knew the wreath would fit well. He also placed little penguin statues on the table below to the wreath, saying animals are happy things and it is always good to fill your home with them.
Adler said he used boxwood for the wreath because it was so green and easy to work with.

The second addition was a “Love” throw pillow. He went with a lot of whites and silvers as opposed to the traditional green and red colors for Christmas. Adler said it was “his silver bling.”
The third addition was a unique topiary he used as a Christmas tree. He planted the tree in a vase and stood it in the corner of the room. He must have had some spare time too, because he made stockings for all the co-hosts.
