Good Morning America: Wiltrina Jones
Wiltrina Jones has been struggling with obesity her entire life. She said she was a very active child, always in an activity such as cheerleading or being in the marching band, but she was always the chubby girl. Jones said she would get her exercise as a child and then go home and eat tons of fast food. At her heaviest weight, Jones weighed 375 pounds.
But her life changed pretty quickly. Jones said she logged on to Facebook one day and noticed many of her friends from high school were very trim and fit. Jones could not figure out how they could have been so skinny and she weighed so much. At that moment in her life she decided she was going to lose the weight. She said it made her cry and she knew at that moment she did not want to look how she looked that day.

Jones, now 43, has lost 205 pounds since the day she saw those pictures, January 20, 2011. Jones said she wants to help other people lose their weight. She said she knows it is hard but if she can do it, she knows anyone else can do the same thing.
She said the two hardest things to change, for herself at least, was learning not to eat when she became emotional and the first few months when she was the fat person in the gym.
Good Morning America: Chris Powell Extreme Makeover Coach
Chris Powell, from Extreme Makeover, came out to congratulate Jones on her amazing transformation. He said other people who want to make these changes need to do it for themselves and they need to find that moment of clarity when they know they need to change.
Jones last piece of advice for viewers was this; If you can change your mind, you can change your body.
