In This Is 40, Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd are reprising their roles from the movie Knocked Up. What was it like to be Debbie again? It’s been five years since the previous film, and she said it was nice to reunite with the castmates and crew.
Milestone birthdays mean different things to different people, so Lara wondered what the significance of 40 is in this film. Leslie Mann said that her character is navigating a potential nervous breakdown and trying to keep everything under control, which does not work out.

Though Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann’s real life daughters were in the scene, Leslie admitted they don’t listen to him on the set. They would take naps and do their own thing, which was probably frustrating, but I guess the movie still got made.
