Ellen: Kids Halloween Costumes
Ellen had plenty of costume ideas for kids this Halloween, which she shared on her show. The first costume was a tribute to one of Ellen’s favorite judges on The Voice, Pharrell. But the kid accidentally said “Raphael” first. Ellen said it was insider information that Pharrell’s friends call him Raphael.
The next kid who came out was dressed as Pharrell’s hat. His costume was so big it went down to his waist. Ellen gave each of them a shovel full of candy for being good sports.

The most popular costume this year is Elsa from Frozen. But Ellen had another idea. A little girl came out dressed in a giant block of ice. She said she was “frozen” for Halloween. Ellen shoveled the candy on top of the ice because she couldn’t hand her a bucket. Ellen said the adult option for this is putting a giant Scotch tape on top and calling yourself “Scotch on the rocks”.
Next, a kid came out as Matthew McConaughey in the car commercial, holding a cardboard car. Another kid came out dressed like a bull. Ellen gave them both candy.
Each one of the kids went home with a Wii U.
Ellen TV: Patrick Stump & Pete Wentz
Patrick Stump and Pete Wentz were Ellen’s guest DJs today, two members of the band Fall Out Boy. Patrick is a brand new father and Ellen congratulated him. His baby was born on October 13 and wasn’t sure exactly how many days old his child is. Pete just had his second son. He named him Saint. Pete said the name came from a statement he kept making during the summer. All summer, they were on a big tour with Paramore. He said if he got to make to the end of the tour and they didn’t have to cancel the tour, he would be a saint. Since that happened, they named him Saint.
Pete actually got to help deliver his son. He put the scrubs on and everything. “I helped pull him out and new babies are very slippery,” he said.
Patrick said he didn’t help deliver his baby. He said he was there, though.
Ellen: Wisdom Teeth Video
Ellen showed a video from YouTube where a woman had her wisdom teeth taken out. She woke up from the drugs and was very upset and confused. She was also hilarious. She said when she woke up, she thought she would look like Nicki Minaj. She said she thought they were going to change her to look like Nicki Minaj and she was upset she was still white.
She also said she wanted to be friends with Ellen DeGeneres. She said she loved Ellen and it’s weird that she’s generous and her last name is DeGeneres.
“I want to go on her show and I want her to give me one of those giant checks so I can go shopping. And I’ll help kids or something,” she said.
