The Hangover star and People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2012 Bradley Cooper came by Ellen to talk about being the sexiest man alive and his new movie, Silver Linings Playbook.
Ellen: Bradley Cooper Sexiest Man Alive
The last time Bradley Cooper was on Ellen’s show, she joked that he’d be the next sexiest man alive. She ended up being right.

“I honestly think that you did it,” Bradley Cooper said.
He said that he thought she must’ve made it happen because she’s so influential. Ellen said she didn’t do it.
Bradley Cooper said they protested when he won. People were outside with signs with Ryan Gosling’s face. Ellen said Ryan Gosling was sexy and that no one could deny that. Bradley Cooper agreed.
Channing Tatum just won “Sexiest Man Alive” for next year and Ellen asked if they hung out.
“I mean, I’m sure he’s busy. I’ve been texting him,” Bradley Cooper joked. “I wanted to talk to him about it and maybe take him to lunch.”
Ellen said they should have all the sexy men on her show at once.

“Let’s step down a notch from the sexiness, to the talent now,” Ellen said.
Ellen congratulated him for a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Silver Linings Playbook.
“For me, I hit the jackpot with this role,” Bradley Cooper said.
He said working with Jennifer Lawrence, Robert DeNiro and Jackie Weaver was wonderful and that the experience was great.
Bradley Cooper said he was scared to do this role, because Robert DeNiro personally recommended him for it after working with him on Limitless.

Bradley Cooper got a dog from a shelter in Compton. The dog is 13 years old now. Ellen said she thought it was great that he did that.

Bradley Cooper plays a guy who made a plea bargain with the courts. His character assaulted a man who was sleeping with his wife. He plead insanity to the courts.
When he goes to the mental hospital, he learns he’s bi-polar. The movie is about his mission to get his life back to normal, which doesn’t seem likely to happen.
Ellen: Bradley Cooper Dancing With Ellen
Bradley Cooper showed Ellen how to waltz. In the movie, he does a waltz with Jennifer Lawrence.
The two tried to dance with each other, but Ellen didn’t know how to waltz. So eventually they both made it up as they went along.
