Ellen: 48 Inch High Definition Insignia Television Review
It’s Ellen’s 1800th show and she said that over the years, she’s given a lot of things away. Today she asked herself, “What’s in it for me?” so she decided to walk around the audience and ask for very specific things. In return, Ellen would give each person a TV. The televisions Ellen gave away were 48 inch high definition Insignia televisions from Best Buy. This TV is Energy Star certified and Ellen said it “looks and sounds amazing.”
Ellen: Let’s Make A Trade TV Giveaway
First, she asked for something simple from the audience, like an unopened pack of gum. One man enthusiastically gave Ellen his gum and Ellen had one of her crew members run a TV out to him. Then, another woman offered Ellen mints from the CSI tour in Las Vegas, and Ellen said they were close enough so the same crew member gave her a TV.
Then Ellen asked for a denim jacket. One woman offered her one and it actually fit Ellen really well. So Ellen continued the rest of the segment wearing her denim jacket. That woman won a TV as well. Ellen asked for a curling iron and someone offered Ellen something that could be used as a curling iron, so they got a TV. Finally, Ellen asked for Ellen underwear, and so many people had some that Ellen decided to give everyone some TVs.
Ellen: Best Celebrity Scares
Because it’s Ellen’s 1800th episode, she decided to share her best memories of scaring people, like the time Jamie Foxx swore after being surprised by a man in a giant spider costume or the time Cameron Diaz screamed after being surprised by someone in a yellow suit and green mask like what Jim Carrey wore in her movie The Mask. But the best one was the time Ellen and Julia Roberts hid in a bathroom and jumped out and scared Julia Louis-Dreyfus. First Ellen scared Julia Louis-Dreyfus, then Julia Roberts jumped out from somewhere else when she calmed down. It was really funny to watch.
