Dr. Phil sat down with a woman named Anna, who claims her husband of three years has been cheating on her. When they first met, they immediately started dating. But shortly after they got married, Pablo was sent to Iraq for work and he became distant.

When he came back, Anna went to help him when he needed a ride and they told her that his girlfriend had already arrived to help him. That’s when Anna realized Pablo was cheating. Pablo admitted to the affair and broke it off with the other woman. They began working on repairing their marriage. Anna said she wanted to give it another shot because she loved him.

Dr. Phil: Is She Invading His Privacy?

Pablo insists that was the only time he was unfaithful and that Anna needs to start trusting him again. He also said that when he was overseas, Anna abandoned him. At first, she sent care packages and supported him, but after the first year, he says they stopped cold.

“I needed the support and comfort of Anna, and she chose not to be there with me, and instead, she was out partying,” he said.

He said he started the relationship with the other woman because he needed some support, although he did admit they slept together. But now, he says he’s getting tired of Anna accusing him of cheating. He said that Anna secretly checks his messages and contacts on his phone. He claims he doesn’t have any privacy.

When Dr. Phil asks him why he cheated, he said for a period of time he stopped loving Anna. But now, he’s trying to make it work again.

Dr. Phil: Are They Both Being Honest?

Pablo claimed that Anna sent pictures and messages to other guys before he left for Iraq. Dr. Phil asked her if that was true and she said she couldn’t remember. Dr. Phil said this wasn’t a deposition and she should tell him the truth. Did she have an affair? She said no.

Pablo claimed he’d only had one affair, but if that was true, then who is Amanda? Amanda spoke in a pre-taped interview about how she met Pablo when she was married and he told her he was separated from his wife. At first, when Pablo kissed her, she told him she couldn’t do that because she was married. But after a while of seeing each other, they did kiss and even slept together. A week after they slept together, Amanda got a message from Anna saying that she was Pablo’s wife and asking her not to talk to him anymore. Amanda said she was mortified and she had talked to Anna several times to bring Pablo’s lies into the light.

Pablo said that he and Anna agreed not to talk about Amanda on Dr. Phil. Dr. Phil reminded him that he doesn’t produce the show, Dr. Phil does. He also wondered why Pablo was here in the first place if he didn’t want to tell the truth and move on in his relationship.

“I didn’t want to do this show in the first place,” he said.

“Then why are you here?”

“Because she told me to do it,” he said.
