Dr Phil: John Bradley Casey Anthony Trial
In the trial of Casey Anthony, the prosecution asked John Bradley’s software company, CacheBack, to look through the search history of the Anthony’s home computers. They were specifically looking for how many times “chloroform” was searched for. The software came back with 84 searches for “chloroform.” They asked Bradley to take the stand and testify about the results.

Bradley was given a report to read that claimed the 84 searches, but later he found the report was wrong. The term had only been searched once. Bradley did everything in his power to notify the prosecution and clear up the former statement. Bradley was not contacted to return.
Dr Phil: John Bradley Perjury?
The report he read had not been conducted by himself and he had never seen it before taking the stand. After the testimony, Bradley received hate mail and his reputation was destroyed. Baez claimed in his closing argument that Bradley perjured himself. Bradley said he never lied and was still waiting for supporters to clear his name.
Baez said he admired Bradley for coming forward with the correct evidence. In a case as highly publicized and controversial as this one was it took a lot of courage to tell the truth.
Dr Phil: Statement From The Prosecution
The prosecution gave Dr. Phil a statement when they heard that Bradley was going on the show. They said in the statement that Bradley had attempted to right his former statement and that the defense was given all of the information. Two companies were used to analyze the search results, CacheBack and Net Analysis. They said there was never anytime to publicly air the findings because a verdict had been reached in the case.
