Dr Phil: Getting Away with Murder?
Dr Phil met Julia and Codey, a couple being accused by her ex and his mother of murdering two young children. Julia shared some of the posts that Cheryl and Tommy have made about them on social media.
“We murdered two children and got away with it,” boasts one picture the mother and son created of Julia and Codey. Other inflammatory statement suggest that Julia abuses drugs and advocates for the murder of child abusers and killers.
Other posts warn citizens that Codey may be dangerous and should not be allowed around children, or point out that investigations into the children’s deaths are ongoing. Some of these graphic posts are awful, even if Tommy and Cheryl are right. “You have ruined and shattered more lives than just me and Codey,” Julia said.
Dr Phil: Is Julia a Bad Mother?
Julia and Codey told Dr Phil that two children, Darby and Kiera, were not murdered at all, but that a reaction to immunization killed both of the toddlers.
Dr Phil shared a list of accusations from Tommy and Cheryl, citing evidence that Julia was a bad mother. They claimed she would not help her children during emergencies, was neglectful of Darby, used a dubious Lupus diagnosis to avoid parental responsibility, slept when she was supposed to be watching the kids, and smoked while she was pregnant.
The list went on, including Kiera accidentally taking one of Julia’s pills and hanging up on Poison Control. Darby’s autopsy found two broken ribs, bruises, and contusions. Kiera’s autopsy found blunt force head trauma. Tommy and Cheryl think Codey is violent and believe that Julia’s neglect allowed him to kill her children.
Julia said she has heard these accusations for four years, and that it’s all inaccurate. She did get addicted to prescription pills. She blamed Tommy and Cheryl for not getting her help, but they claimed they tried to intervene.
Dr Phil: Immunization Killed Toddlers?
Julia said that getting back home with her family helped her get her life back together. She also told Dr Phil that Codey is a saint who saved her life. Dr Phil wanted to know more about the couple’s explanations for the children’s deaths.
Darby had an immunization three weeks before his death, and his ribs could have been broken during CPR. Kiera also had an immunization three weeks prior to her death, and had a bad reaction. She also hit her head in the bathtub about a week before her death.
Kiera also supposedly hit her head on a carpeted floor, vomited and asphyxiated, causing her death. These kids do seem to have fallen a lot. What do you think of these explanation?
