Dr Kulreet Chaudhary Ayurvedic Fat Fighters
Dr. Oz and Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary went over the recipes for a few Ayurvedic fat fighters that will have fat melting off your body. Dr. Chaundhary shared her recipe for an Ayurvedic tea as well as her recipe for homemade curry powder.

Dr. Oz went over the best times to eat half of your daily calories, how triphala powder can help with weight loss and Ayurvedic massage techniques.
Eat Most Calories At Lunch, Least Calories At Dinner
Dr. Chaudhary said your digestion is at it’s strongest in the middle of the day which is why she recommends everyone eat 50 percent of their daily caloric intake at lunchtime. She said around dinnertime is when your digestion is the weakest so she suggested you eat something light. She finished by saying anything you eat at 7 p.m. will go straight to your backside.
Breakfast: Eat 25 percent of your daily calories. Dr. Chaudhary suggested eating some oatmeal with raisins and a sprinkle or cinnamon or egg whites with fresh fruit.
Lunch: Eat 50 percent of your daily calories around lunch time. Dr. Chaudhary suggested eating something like a chicken burger, sweet potato fries, chunks of cheese and even a slice of chocolate cake.
Dinner: Eat 25 percent of your daily calories around dinner. Make sure the dinner is light with a small bowl of soup or a salad.
Dr. Chaudhary said if you make this small change to your diet, you will begin to see a difference in your weight.
Dr Oz: Triphala Powder Recipe
The next Ayurvedic fat fighter Dr. Chaudhary believes every person should take daily is called Triphala, which is a combination of three berries. These berries will work to reduce inflammation while helping to get rid of the toxins and extra fat in your cells.
Triphala Powder: Add 1/2 teaspoon of Triphala powder, 1 teaspoon of unflavored, uncolored psyllium fiber and 1 teaspoon of organic ground flax seeds to a small glass of warm water. Mix it all together and slug it down. Dr. Oz said it is not going to taste very good but it is great for your health.
Triphala Supplement: Take 2 tablets at nighttime, 1 hour before bed, for the best detoxing.
Dr Oz: Gharshana – Ayurvedic Fat Fighting Massage Review
Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary said her favorite way to get rid of fat is by using a massage technique known as Gharshana. This raw silk massage improves circulation and lymphatic flow, both of which aid in breaking down and releasing the fat from your body.
If you don’t have the cash to spend to get this massage at a salon, Dr. Chaudhary said you can do it at home with Ayurvedic massaging gloves. She said the key is to make it a vigorous massage because this is the best way to get your blood flowing and get the toxins out of your system. If you can not find the gloves online or at a store, a loofa works just as well.
