Dr Oz: Flat Belly Plan Review
Getting rid of belly fat is not easy but Dr. Oz has the “Flat Belly Plan,” a plan that will help you lose your belly fat for good. He even promised the foods you can eat on the plan are delicious and you should never feel hungry while burning off the fat.
Dr Oz: Liz Vaccariello, Flat Belly Diet Review
Liz Vaccariello, author of Flat Belly Diet, explained the key to getting rid of your belly fat is to add specific types of good fats to your diet. By adding good fats into your diet, you are going to get rid of the dangerous visceral fat that can cause a lot of health problems.
Dr. Shawn Talbott, another guest on Dr. Oz, said the hormone cortisol is what causes the problems for most people because when you get stressed the cortisol sends a message to your brain which tells you to eat more to reduce the stress. He said we can short-circuit the message to gain more control of our hunger.

Dr. Oz went over his flat belly plan, which includes four steps; getting rid of bloating, eating more good fat, eating MUFA meals and stopping inflammation.
Jaime Brenkus, creator of 8 Minute Abs, told Dr. Oz even if you have never had a flat belly, it is possible to get one by following Dr. Oz’s Flat Belly Plan, doing exercises to target the core and reducing the bloating in your stomach.
Dr Oz: Eat Greek Yogurt Before Every Meal To Loss More Weight
Dr. Oz said there are four steps you need to follow to get a flat belly. The first step begins before you eat breakfast in the morning. Dr. Oz explained you can begin to shrink your fat cells by eating six ounces of low-fat Greek yogurt before every single meal. In a recent study, it was found people who ate Greek yogurt while dieting lost 81 percent more belly fat than those who did not eat yogurt. The Greek yogurt helped people lose weight because the calcium in the yogurt literally stops fat from entering your cells.
Dr Oz: Eat Three Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid Meals a Day
The next step to getting a flat belly involves eating three MUFA (Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acids) meals a day. Dr. Oz said they are the cornerstone of the Flat Belly Plan because they are going to help you shed excess pounds while at the same time adding healthy fats to your diet.
Vaccariello explained further that you need to look for these healthy fats in plant-based sources because they offer the most benefit when you are trying to eliminate your belly fat.

Inflammation is one of the causes of belly fat, according to Dr. Oz, which means this is a very important step in the plan.
