Dr. Oz is using all of February to go over numerous ways to lose unwanted fat and today he revealed his Flat Belly Plan to lose that excess belly fat. He went over studies showing people who ate Greek yogurt before every meal while on a diet lost 80 percent more weight than those who did not. He also revealed stress is the number one factor in belly fat and showed everyone the best way to lower stress throughout the day.
Dr. Oz also went over different ways to get rid of spider veins, cellulite and fat knees.
