Dr Oz: Worst Gift Ever Received?
Dr Oz asked his viewers to share their stories about the worst gifts they’ve ever received. He shared “the worst of the worst,” starting with a woman who received a curling iron from a co-worker that had a hair in it and was used. Another viewer shared that she and her husband received a basket of assorted meats and cheeses as a secret Santa gift, which they thought looked nice until they realized it had expired two years ago.

Another woman shared that she and her husband threw a dinner party to which one of the guests brought a cheese platter they they thought was beautiful. The same guests came back again and brought them another one that was exactly the same. One guy received a case of steaks, even though he was a vegetarian, and another woman said she had just gotten married and her husband gave them twin-sized sheets.
After one woman gave birth to her first child, her husband came to the hospital with a beautiful box. It was a salad shooter!

As funny as those were, Dr Oz said he wanted to share some of the best health gifts that won’t get returned. He started with a Vegetable Spiralizer. You simply put any kind of fruit or vegetable into the spiralizer and it turns them into noodles. I want one! Using the kitchen gadget, one woman made zaghetti, or spaghetti with zucchini noodles and squash noodles. Dr Oz did a little research and found that regular spaghetti has 221 calories and 43 grams of carbohydrates per cup, while the vegetable spaghetti has 27 calories and 5 grams of carbohydrates, so it’s definitely worth it!

Next, a woman named Kim shared her Cooling Pillow, which costs just $25.99 online and in stores. Dr Oz said the cooling mat comes with a pillow case that has a little pocket in it. It lasts for years and within the first two hours, it will keep your head cool while you fall asleep. One audience member said it was exactly what she needed to deal with hot flashes.

Dr Oz then heard about a coffee mug that guarantees to keep your coffee hot all day. It costs $24.99 and you can buy it online or in stores.
Dr Oz then tried a delicious dessert made with the Dessert Bullet that costs $49.99. Just grab the frozen fruits you want to use, add them to the machine and watch as it turns into soft serve ice cream.
