Dr Oz: SleepPhones For Better Sleep Review
Rhenotha is Dr Oz’s go-to tester so when Dr Oz wanted her to try out a couple products people have used in hopes of achieving a better night’s rest, she was all in. Rhenotha first tried SleepPhones, which look like a headband at first. Rhenotha explained that they are worn over your head like a headband, but actually have headphones inside. There’s a contraption that allows you to turn them on to play all sorts of sounds from music to white noise or crickets to help you fall asleep. They cost $39.95 and Rhenotha claims she went right to sleep thanks to the SleepPhones.

Rhenotha also tried a HoodiePillow Hooded Pillow Case. She explained that she usually wears a bonnet at night to protect her hair, but she may not have to because the hoodie worked to protect her hair while she was asleep. There’s even a pocket for your phone, but Dr Oz advised people not to keep their phone that close to their head. Rhenotha explained that it’s certainly comfortable and helps you fall asleep, and it costs $29.95.
Dr Oz claimed that whatever works to get you a better night’s sleep is worth it, so it’s up to you to find out what works best for you.
