Dr Oz: 5 Ways to Fix Your Dreams
Dr Oz love to bring in other professionals to explain the best ways to improve your health. On July 16, he brings in some dream and sleep experts to tell you what your recurring dreams mean. We’re going to learn five ways to fix our dreams to make us better. Learn to sleep better, dream better and feel better.
Of course, to get a good nigh’ts sleep you need to have your bedroom completely dark. Don’t play with your phone or other electronics in bed. If your sleep is really affected, try keeping reading and doing work in the bed to an absolute minimum. Get the pets out of the room and don’t let kids sleep in your bed.
If you’ve done all of that and you’re still having a hard time, then try cutting down on your coffee and caffeine intake in the afternoons and evenings. Switch to a decaf and try to avoid a nap after work.
Dr Oz’s Recurring Dream Decoded
While we’re all curious what that dream of going to work in just our underwear means, Dr Oz offers up his own recurring dream for analyzation. The dream doctors and sleep professionals tell him the effect it’s having on his brain and how to retrain his brain to get the dream to stop.
