Dr. Oz: Fat Loss Hormones
If you’re tried a low fat diet, exercise, and cutting calories, and you’re not seeing much improvement on the scale and wondering why you can’t lose weight, Dr. Oz has a possible answer for you. It turns out the culprit could be your fat loss hormones. Don’t worry, though, Dr. Oz has a power plan to help you out.
Dr. Oz: Kate Middleton Morning Sickness
Kate Middleton is suffering from severe morning sickness. She’s had to cancel a number of important engagements. Dr. Oz wonders if her severe morning sickness could be threatening the royal baby.
This is one of those stories that are a total non-story. Many pregnant women experience morning sickness and it’s not uncommon for them to complain of that morning sickness as severe. Headlines which talk about Kate Middleton’s morning sickness are simply trying to grab your attention, nothing more. Dr. Oz is talking about it because it’s in the news, I guess. I’m hoping that he’ll use it for a greater and bigger conversation. Which is to say, if you’re a pregnant woman experiencing severe morning sickness and worried about how this might affect your pregnancy, hopefully Dr. Oz will have some answers for you rather than dwelling on the Duchess of Cambridge’s sickness.
I think Dr. Oz has a responsibility to give us the health news, not the gossip news. But either way, if you care about Kate Middleton’s morning sickness or about your own, Dr. Oz will provide answers for all on September 16, 2014.
