Gwyneth Paltrow: Oil Of Oregano Shortens Length Of a Cold

Daikon Radishes – Paltrow said she likes eat daikon radishes because they are a great digestion aid. She usually eats them after she has eaten a meal with foods that could be difficult to digest.
Oil of Oregano – Paltrow said she likes to use oil of oregano any time she suspects her children have caught a cold. She said it works to shorten the length of time the cold affects them.
Colloidal Silver Spray – Paltrow said colloidal silver is the best product for keeping germs and viruses away. She said she brings a spray bottle filled with colloidal silver everywhere she goes. She even sprays it on the seats of airplanes and under her tongue before traveling because she knows her chances of getting sick from something on an airplane are very high.
Dr. Oz seemed very impressed with her remedies, saying he uses the colloidal silver spray under his tongue every morning to keep illness at bay.
Magnesium – Paltrow said she tries to get eight hours of sleep a night but if she can not, she will take magnesium to help her get a good night’s sleep. Dr. Oz said taking around 300 mg about 30 minutes before you go to bed should work great for most people since most people are deficient of magnesium.
