Dr Oz: Joe Manganiello Evolution Review
True Blood star Joe Manganiello is known for his incredible physique as well as his acting abilities. The 36-year-old fitness expert has published a new book called Evolution, where he details his diet and workout habits, as well as his best-kept secrets. Joe dropped by Dr. Oz for a chat, a great arm workout, and a fun True Blood themed quiz with audience members.
Joe told Dr. Oz that he used to have a serious addiction to alcohol and cigarettes. Joe knew it was time to change when he found himself being kicked out of his home by the police. Dr. Oz also shared a picture of Joe back when he was just 13—it was shocking to see that he was basically the scrawniest kid ever! Joe knows that if he was able to turn his health and lifestyle around, anyone can do it.
“The real enemy is the mind, not the body,” Joe said.
