Dr Oz: Stress Is the Main Reason For Belly Fat
Dr. Oz has been sharing his Flat Belly Plan to help everyone lose weight and get rid of belly fat. He went over why it is important to eat enough MUFA meals throughout the day and why Greek yogurt should be eaten before every meal. He also gave everyone some great ways to control their cortisol levels and lower stress after he revealed stress is the biggest factor in belly fat.

Dr. Oz and personal trainer Jamie Brenkus came up with three exercises, Flat Belly Plan Workout, to burn belly fat as long as you do them for five minutes each day.

Personal Trainer Jaime Brenkus, creator of 8 Minute Abs, explained his workout used to be focused on crunches, but we now know a whole body workout is the key to strengthening all your core muscles. Brenkus said his new workout does not involve any sit-ups and you can do all the exercises while standing.
He invited Dr. Oz and a few women from the audience to help him demonstrate the exercises.
Standing Side Sit-up: Raise your knee up to the side of your body and touch it with the same elbow. This exercise will work your oblique muscles.
Core Kicker: Put both hands out in front of you. As you kick one leg forward, bring both arms down to your side in a “V” formation. Alternate between both legs and this will work your shoulders, your triceps and the lower part of your abs.
Belly Twist Toner: Bend at the knees and with your hands up and elbows bent twist at your torso. While twisting, also lower yourself into a squat position to work more muscles.
Brenkus said if you do these exercises for just five to six minutes every day you will see a difference in your abs and many other parts of your body, very soon after starting the exercises.
