Dr Oz: Go For It! Healthy Weight Loss
Valerie is a Dr Oz fan who has lost 100 pounds in just two short years. She revealed her dramatic weight loss at the end of Dr Oz’s show. He said she is an inspiration to others who want to pursue their goals.
Now she can fit herself into one leg of her old shorts from when she was a much larger size. What motivated her to make changes? She said that she watched Dr Oz and learned that her poor health symptoms could be getting worse if she did not do something.
Dr Oz: Egg White Protein Smoothie & Paleo Snacks
Valerie does a paleo lifestyle, so she uses an Egg White Protein Powder with Coconut Milk or Coconut Oil in her breakfast smoothie, complete with fresh berries. “You have to make it tailor-made for yourself,” she said.
