Dr Oz: Overcoming Emotional Eating
Dr Oz checked back in on Pastor Renee, who was on a past show desiring a change when it came to her emotional eating. She’s a fourth-generation pastor who was on the show desperate to gain control over her eating and her will powder, wanting to avoid emotional eating. She was ready to share how she’s completely changed her life and how you can change yours too. She had shared that before, she ate whenever something good or bad happened. She was even closet eating to satisfy her cravings.

She has since completely changed the way she looked at food. She now craves vegetables and every morning she creates a healthy stash of food made of cubed cheese, almonds, cucumber, and mushrooms. When she gets hungry, she grabs for those instead of cookies.
She now looks at food as something making her healthy. She said her energy is better, and she doesn’t sweat or struggle to breathe like she used to. She said she’s become a better leader as well and it’s worked wonders on her confidence. People in her community have even noticed a positive change in Renee.
Dr Oz: Finding Balance In Your Life
Renee looked absolutely fantastic and Dr Oz wanted to look at some of her numbers. He shared that she’s lost 21 pounds and four dress sizes. What he’s most proud of is that before Renee was only focusing on helping others, and now she’s found a balance of helping others while still helping herself.
Renee said she leads by example now and people can see that. She said before, she would minister to people but still feel empty. She said her delivery is much better now and it inspires others.
