For lunch, you can stick with a big bowl of cauliflower rice mixed with brown rice and grilled chicken, with a sweet potato on the side. For dinner, a salad of mixed greens with olives and tomatoes and a side of quinoa with black beans will certainly fill you up. A great snack is apple with almond butter and a few cubes of cheese.

Chris acknowledged that high-calorie types are certainly lucky with some of the foods they can add to their diet. Nutrient dense foods are key once again with the addition of healthy fats to boost metabolism. This is exactly the meal plan you can follow to help you lose weight without going hungry.
