Which letter did you select the most? If you selected mainly “A” then you are The Rebel, mainly “B” means you are The Swinger, and mainly “C” means that you are The Everyday Hero. But what does that mean about you and your diet? Now that you know what kind of diet personality you are, here are the details of how to make weight loss work for you!
Dr. Oz: The Rebel Diet Personality
Jen Widerstrom told Dr. Oz that The Rebel is unpredictable, free form and you make things up as you go. You don’t pay attention to portion or hunger cues or when you ate last. You are similar to a tornado and thrive on limited structure. Dr. Oz found a lady named Jenny who is “The Rebel” personality type and her daughter Jenette said that Jenny works on her own time-frame, always gets everything done and is a supermom.
Dr. Oz: The Swinger Diet Personality
Dr. Oz said that The Swinger’s are the socialites in the room, the life of the party and that boredom is your worst enemy. You love what is trending and get bored after a short period of time. So you may try yoga for a week and then switch to pilates the next week if you don’t see instant results.
Dr. Oz: The Everyday Hero Personality
The final Diet Personality that Dr. Oz spoke about is called The Everyday Hero. You put yourself last and spend time helping others. You tend to be careless about your own personal health. Hayley joined Dr. Oz and is an Everyday Hero personality. She is a mom and a holistic health coach. Her best friend, Shirleen, said that she is selfless and always thinking about others. She loves to help loved ones and wants to see everyone thriving and doing well.
There are actually two additional Diet Personalities in Jen Widerstrom’s book Diet Right For Your Personality, which I will cover quickly. But definitely checkout her book, because it is amazing!!!
Jen Widerstrom: Never Ever Personality
The Never Ever Diet Personality is the type of person who says “oh many pants are a little tight, ehhh I’ll just buy a bigger size.” You tend to avoid information.
Jen Widerstrom: Organized Do-Er
The Organized Do-Er Diet Personality thrives on routine and is self-motivated. You don’t celebrate success though, so often burn out.
