It turns out she eats stewed prunes at least twice a week and they certainly help keep her regular.
Now, it’s time to find out your own skin’s real age.

With the help of Dr Oz’s partners at Share Care, he wanted to help his viewers at home find out their own skin’s real age. You can do just that by taking the quiz below:
- Do you have bags under your eyes?
- No
- Small ones
- Distinct bags
- Do you see crow’s feet at the outer corner of your eyes?
- No
- Yes, slight lines
- Yes, marked lines
- Do you see smile lines from the corner of your nostrils to your mouth?
- No
- Yes, soft lines
- Yes, very clear lines
To calculate your skin’s real age, start at your actual age (35 and older) then subtract 5 years for every number 1 answer, change nothing for every number 2 answer, and add 5 years for every number 3 answer. The age you’re left with is your skin’s age.
