Drinking alcohol, such as wine or a cocktail, is a fairly common cause of sweating. Alcohol tells the brain that you are hot, unlike drinking water, which cools the body.

Drinking alcohol makes the brain think the body is hot, causing you to sweat. “Even when it’s not hot outside, when you drink, you feel like it’s hot,” he said. His trick to prevent this is to drink a glass of water between each cocktail.

What kind of bra do you wear every day? They can be made of different kinds of material, and certain fabric could be making you sweat. According to Dr Oz, your bra could be sabotaging them.
Dr Oz did a hospital grade sweat test with a woman from the audience. She wore a cotton glove on one hand and a nylon glove on the other. This test showed that the hand wearing the nylon glove sweated a lot more.
Choose more breathable fabrics to prevent excessive sweating.

Finally, Dr Oz revealed that cold and flu medicine can have the side effect of making you sweat. If you want to avoid this problem when you have to take over the counter medication, watch out for these two ingredients:
- Pseudoephedrine
- Oxymetazoline
