Dr Oz introduced four women who regularly get mistaken for being half their age. As he explained, they haven’t had facelifts, they didn’t get lucky, and they don’t have magic genes. Instead, they “cracked the code” to defy their age and look years younger. The women not only looked younger, as young as half their age, but thanks to incredible technology, we were able to look below the surface of their skin and learn that their skin was actually healthier than typical skin their age too.

Noreen is 45 but according to the VISIA skin scanner, her skin’s real age is 26 which is truly remarkable! So what’s her secret? Noreen eats a lot of anti-inflammatory foods like blueberries. Oe of her go-to recipes is her No-Puff Pancakes made from flaxseeds, coconut flour, coconut flakes, and blueberries.
Meli is 50-years-old but her skin’s real age is 35. She certainly didn’t look 50! Meli loves a flower facial made from sunflower oil and evening primrose oil. She likes to rub it into her face at night while she watches TV. She also practices the “dunk and hold” after she washes her face in the morning. She dunks her face into a bucket of ice water and holds it there for 10-15 seconds. Meli claims it’s an Old Hollywood technique that all the celebrities used to do!

Then there was Candace, a 59-year-old woman who looked absolutely flawless! Her skin was found to have a real age of 41 but in my opinion she looked even better than that!
