To find out which food frustrations are of the biggest concern to his audience he asked them to share their thoughts. The first food concern came from one woman who said she is trying to make healthy burgers for her family but no one in her family likes the turkey burgers she made because they are dry and lack flavor. Lisa Lillien suggested the woman buy lean ground turkey instead of the super lean version many of us are more familiar with. If you are trying to make your family burger night a bit healthier, try some of the tips below:
- Add 1/2 cup chopped frozen vegetables (like cauliflower) and egg whites to the ground turkey
- Top with salsa instead of ketchup, which is often loaded with sugar

The next food frustration came from another woman who said she loves crunchy snacks but oftentimes she finds herself reaching for a bag of potato chips instead of a healthy snack. What are some good, healthy, crunchy foods she can reach for?
