Dr Oz: Super Spectacular Health Fair
Dr Oz ripped off the game show Let’s Make a Deal with an audience full of fans in ridiculous costumes for his Super Spectacular Health Fair. He recruited three contestants from the audience to teach us all about Super Foods for Super Skin.
Katy dressed as Santa, and she said that she makes crazy Christmas sweaters for Elves Gone Wild, to help people relieve some of that stress at the holidays. Nancy was dressed as Carmen Miranda, with healthy fruits and veggies on her hat. Diannah dressed like a doctor, because she said she loves Dr Oz.
Dr Oz: Super Foods for Super Skin
The first food to be revealed were Walnuts, complete with a nutcracker for Katy.
Another healthy option is Flaxseed, which is rich in Omega-3s and great for the skin.
Fish contain nutrients that can be beneficial to the skin.
For glowing skin, Dr Oz suggested combining all of them: walnuts, flaxseed, and fish.
Dr Oz: Red Wine Bedroom Booster
Do you want to have more fun in the bedroom? Dr Oz asked Jess and Olga to join him onstage and play a game to learn more about boosting your romantic energy.
Did you know that Red Wine is better for romance than Champagne? It improves blood flow to vital organs.
The smell of Sweat is a good booster (better than popcorn), because it can be a turn on for your partner.
Dr Oz recommended intimacy twice per week for health and relationships. It could help you live longer and feel better.
Dr Oz: Calcium Super Mineral for Super Strength
Do you want to strengthen your bones? Dr Oz shared a super mineral that can help keep your bones in great health.
Dr Oz showed off real human vertebrae, pointing out that the bones can be soft and have discs between them. Without calcium, your spinal column can compress and you could shrink.
If you want to avoid this and preserve your height, Calcium is the answer. Dr Oz illustrated this with a cow costume. Drink Milk to get Calcium in a simple way.
