Dr Oz: Women’s Lack Of Sleep & Social Media Use
After conducting the largest health survey on women in America, Dr Oz wanted to take the time to analyze the results. He found that only 24% of women sleep 8 hours or more a night, while 42% sleep less than six hours a night. For a lot of women, they love to sleep, but struggle to make it happen.
Additionally, most women say social media affects their lives in a positive way. They see it as a way to stay connected with people. Women also believe their life expectancy is in their hands. They realize the importance of focusing on their health in order to live longer and happier.
