  • 1/2 cup oats, rolled, quick cooking
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 2 pounds chicken breast tenders (boneless, skinless)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

  • 5 ounces 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ground black pepper to taste
