Today Show: Supreme Court Allows Police To Take DNA
Star Jones, Donny Deutsch, and Doctor Nancy Snyderman weighed in on today’s hot topics, the first of which concerned the Supreme Court ruling that allows police to take a DNA sample at the time of arrest by swabbing the cheek, which means that they can now get more than just a fingerprint from you if you were arrested. Does it cross the line? Star Jones said that, from the perspective of the victim of the crime or an attorney looking to prosecute, it’s great. From a civil rights standpoint, however, it seemed to be more shaky a topic for them. Who owns the data? Where will it be going?
Today Show: Wisconsin Community Writing Tickets For Parents Of Bullies

Though everyone agreed that it is not the perfect first step to finding a solution for the rampant bullying problem, they did think it was a needed one.
Today Show: Michael Douglas’s Cancer & HPV In Adults
Michael Douglas made headlines recently for his comments on his throat cancer, when he said that his is a result of HPV, which can be caused by intimate oral contact. Nancy Snyderman said that HPV causes cancer of the mouth and cervix, and she lauded him for saying it.
Donny Deutsch wondered what this meant for adults, who aren’t vaccinated against the virus like children are, and Nancy said that, since the virus is already in the body of many adults, there is nothing that can be done except to continue doing what they are doing.
Today Show: Penelope Cruz Will Be The Oldest Bond Girl?
Penelope Cruz may be the next Bond girl, which is a big deal not because she is gorgeous, but because it would make her the oldest Bond girl at age 39. Why her age is coming into account when Daniel Craig is 45 is beyond me, but Penelope Cruz’s dark, exotic looks are the perfect fit for the intrigue-laden Bond universe, if you ask me.
