Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Coconut
  • Hot Fudge

Preparation

  1. In mixer, soften the ice cream
  2. Add in coconut and continue blending
  3. Mix quickly because ice cream waits for no one
  4. Swirl in the hot fudge
  5. Put in an air-tight container
  6. Freeze for 3-4 hours to re-harden

Chocolate Peanut Fudge Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

  •  Non-dairy chocolate sorbet
  • Peanuts
  • Hot Fudge

Preparation

  1. In mixer, soften the non-dairy sorbet
  2. Add in peanuts and continue blending
  3. Mix quickly because ice cream waits for no one
  4. Swirl in the hot fudge
  5. Put in an air-tight container
  6. Freeze for 3-4 hours to re-harden

DIY Ice Cream: Be Creative With Your Favorites

Tara Bench showed us only a couple options you can use when making your own ice cream. Tara said you can mix in any of your own favorites to make ice cream that you will love. These recipes were for Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb’s favorites. Tara threw out some ideas like mixing in donuts or peanut butter and jelly, or strawberries.
