  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3 pounds assorted chicken wings and legs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs

Check out Reed and the ladies cooking up the chicken:

  1. Start out by preheating the oven to 475 degrees
  2. Take two large baking sheets and line them with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil spray
  3. In a bowl, place the egg whites and then set that aside for now
  4. Combine the rosemary, red pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, mustard powder, salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a wide baking dish
  5. Using tongs, dip each chicken leg/wing into the egg whites and thoroughly coat
  6. Now you will want to take that chicken leg/wing and dip it into the breadcrumb mixture and cover completely
  7. Now place the covered chicken wing/leg and place it on one of the baking sheets
  8. Once all the chicken wings/legs have been coated with the crumbs, place the baking sheets in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is browned well
  9. Once the chicken is browned well, you will want to reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees and continue baking the chicken for ten minutes more, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through
  10. Once the chicken is done, you are ready to serve and you can serve it with a side of ranch dip
