Kathie Lee and Hoda brought on Adam Rosante, a celebrity trainer, who came up with workouts the co-host were going to love: wine workouts.
To do the first workout, pour a glass of wine and place it on the floor. Now get into a push up position behind the bottle. Now do a push up and when you get the top of the push up, grab the glass and pretend to cheers someone. This is a great workout for the chest and the shoulders.
For the second exercise, you need a bottle of wine, unopened. Now stand back to back with someone and pass the bottle from left to right with your partner. This exercise will work your obliques and legs. Do both the exercises 30 seconds back to back each day to see results and to see if you can restrain yourself from drinking the wine.
