As part of the show today, Kathie Lee and Hoda took on jobs that they would be doing if not hosting this show. Fans voted on Facebook and they had picked a sommelier, judge on The Voice, motivational speaker, interior designer, pastor and hair stylist for Kathie Lee. She will be doing one of those later in the hour.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Changing Careers
Kathie Lee and Hoda said that average person changes their career six to seven times in their lifetime. Kathie Lee has had many careers, while Hoda has only had a couple before becoming a jouralist.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Women Changing Hairstyles
Kathie Lee and Hoda said that the average woman has over 100 different hairstyles in a lifetime. Hoda went on to say that between the ages of 13 and 65, women often change it 104 times.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Friday Funny
Kathie Lee and Hoda’s Friday Funny came from Patti Skidmore on their Facebook page. A teenage girl took her boyfriend to meet her grandmother. Grandmother served them soda and peanuts while they chatted. The boyfriend, who is really nervous, quickly ate all the peanuts in the bowl. When they were leaving, he thanks the grandmother for a very nice visit and apologized for eating all her peanuts. She said, “I’m so glad you enjoyed them. Since I lost my dentures, I can only suck the chocolate off.”
