Kathie Lee & Hoda: Workout While Cleaning
If you can’t find the time to workout and you have been putting off your chores, you don’t have to find time for both. Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb were joined by personal trainer Christine Lusita, who showed them ways to burn some calories while you clean, including lunges while vacuuming and Cleaning Slippers review. Also, Sara Haines joined in on the fun the ladies were having!
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Cleaning Slippers Review
Christine suggested Cleaning Slippers. She said they go right on your feet and you can do lunges and back lunges to work those legs and clean the floor at the same time. You can also get down on the floor and do some scissors to work your inner thighs and the whole time cleaning the floor. Hoda said these are two things she doesn’t like to do: cleaning and working out.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Lunges While Vacuuming
For vacuuming, Christine said you can store weights on the vacuum or wear them on your legs, but you can do some basic lunges. Christine said she puts the weights on the vacuum to get more of an upper body workout. She said another way to work major muscle groups is to lunge in different directions and keep the vacuum moving.
Kathie Lee & Hoda: Workout While Folding Clothes
Christine said this is a great way to fold your laundry and get a great core all at the same time. She kept the laundry basket next to her on the floor. You sit on floor and sit up and keep legs in the air and you fold the clothes on one side and bring it to the other side. She said this brings on a great core for you. Hoda asked who does this?
